The University of Mendoza was the third university I attended. On the previous two occasions, personal circumstances prevented me from completing my education. At 25, I decided to try once again, and, as the saying goes, third time lucky.
Now aged 30 and about to graduate, I want to encourage everyone who has been unable to complete their studies because of personal circumstances to do so: it is worth the effort.
My thanks to Dr Eng. Cristina Párraga, who encouraged me to enrol on the first day I visited the Faculty of Engineering’s administrative office to ask for information.
I owe a special debt of gratitude to my parents for all their support and for teaching me the importance of education. Thanks also to everyone who has supported me: the lecturers, fellow students and friends who made this possible. Thank you.
